uan Bua Hotel & Resort, boasting unique traditional Lanna-style architecture, is spectacularly located on the borders of the Doy Suthep National Park in Chiang Mai. The Resort is set in 20 acres of extensively landscaped gardens deeply nestled in a lush green valley embraced by rolling hills.

A truly beautiful drive of barely 22 km leads up into the hills from Chiang Mai International Airport. The centuries old Chiang Mai Walled City and the Night Market are less than 25 km away and Chiang Mai's exciting new Night Safari Park only half that distance. Comprehensive transportation facilities are available from the Suan Bua.

All of our 60 Standard guest rooms, 10 private Thai House (each with 4 bedroomds), 43 Deluxe rooms, 21 Suite rooms are tastefully furnished and well appointed to offer comfort and convenience, the most distinctive rooms on our property are in a traditional Thai palace furnished with antiques, superb amenities including a minibar, colour TV with satelite, private bath, shower and balcony with a magnificent view of nature. Although offering 176 guest rooms, the rooms are not crowed into high rises, but are spaced out into several buildings in lush green setting. In the Royal Park Wing, every deluxe room and Garden Wing Suite opens ont onto the spectacular view of Doi Suthep National Park via its own viewing and sunning balcony.

Patumrat is largest function room which can accommodate up to 300 quests theater style. There are other function areas with a capacity up to 250 for dinner.
