throughout the tours around the North and also an opportunity to savour

undisputed Lana elegance. A place where one can enjoy the making of fine
food by expert chefs right in front of patrons' eyes. The splendid view
of the Kok river is a main highlight of the restaurant. Decoration is
discrete and distinctively Lanna with the surrounding nature taken in to

show kitchen is the main attraction of the restaurant. Well trained

The Seminar Room
An ideal venue to hold a wedding, family or business
function. Furthermore, it is just the right size for a small corporate
function or a seminar such as a marketing or budget presentation, team
building exercise. State of the art audio visual equipment and internet
connection is available.
  
The Seminar room is prominently located at the river
front, towards the borderline of the property. The decor is in line with
the overall design concept of the resort. Hand plastered columns and
terra cotta tiled flooring will give a distinct Thai look. The river
location provides a unique atmosphere, unparalleled in Chiang Rai as of
this day.

Trips and Adventure
1. Doi Wawi and Doi Change (Full Day)
To visit Coffee and Tea plantations. Special Arabica coffee and high
quality Au-Long tea (Chinese tea) grows at this attitude. (Note: Doi =
Mountain)
2. Mountain bike or Motorcycle Tours
(Full Day)
Discover the beautiful countryside around Mae Yaew sub-district and
visit to the Ruammit Hill Tribe Karen village where inexpensive crafts
are sold, and optional elephant rides.
3. Hill Tribe Elephant Village by Long Tail
Boat (Full Day)
A 45 minutes long tail boat journey can take you right from the hotel on
the Kok River to the Ruammit Karen Elephant Village. There are always
lots of elephants to see or ride, so do not miss this trip.

One day exiting Trekking Tour
Leave by long tail boat and brows through the Ruammit Karen village,
ride by elephant 2 hours through forest to Ban Yafu Lahu village and
enjoy picnic lunch box.
After lunch walking through low hills to Huay Mae Sai waterfall and
village return by local pick up truck 45 minutes to the Legend.
5. The Gardens and Winter Palace of Doi Tung,
Mae Sai & the Golden Triangle
Start with the Princess Mother Winter Palace and Garden, followed by
market shopping at the Thai-Burma border town of Mae Sai (visit in
Myanmar possible). After lunch, travel to the Golden Triangle, Boat trip
on Mae Khong River to 3 borders meeting point stop in Laos Island with
Handicraft market. Finally, visit the fascinating Opium Museum, after
stop in Chiang Saen, return to Chiang Rai.
6. Doi Mae Salong Golden Triangle Chiang
Saen (Full Day)
Visit Doi Mae Salong, cross over into Myanmar in Mae Sai Town then visit
the Hall of Opium and the Golden Triangle on the Mae Khong River.
Finally visit the ancient city of Chiang Saen.
7. Chiang Rai and its immediate surroundings
(Half Day)
Visit two of the citys most famous temples, Wat Prakaew and Wat Rong
Khoon. Travel to the Khun Korn waterfalls and enjoy lunch in the
national park center. Have a walk through the creek, enjoy the tree
filled setting and return to Chiang Rai.

Chiang Saen Golden Triangle Laos (Full Day)
Visit the ancient city of Chiang Saen, and take a boat trip on the Mae
Khong River to Don Sao Island in Laos with Handicraft Market, then to
the Golden Triangle, Hall of Opium Mae Sai market with shopping
Burmese and Chinese goods and visit Doi Wao Temple as well as shopping
duty fee.

Wat Rong Khun Temple (White Temple)
A spectacular new all white temples decorated with glass. Visit a tea
plantation at Mae Lao district. (Half Day)
10.
Wat Rong Khun Doi Luang National
Park Pha Yao
Leaving direction from south to the spectacular new all white temple
decorated with mirrows glass continue to Doi Luang National park and
visit Pukang Waterfall where we will have lunch. After this break we
continue to Phayao City and Its Lake and further to Wat Analayo with the
great view over the Lake followed by returning to Chiang Rai.
11.
A horse trek for beginners, in the mountains outside of Mae Chan
(Full Day)
Start with a 1.5 hour training session of horse riding.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the grounds of the ranch.
Mount your horse for a 1 hour ride through rice paddy, secondary
jungle and agricultural land, lastly, return along another route to the
ranch. Return to Chiang Rai.
12. 3 day trip to Myanmar (Burma)
Doi Mae Salong, Doi Tung and Mae Sai same as above. Into Burma to visit
the town of Tha Khilek , then drives to Chiang Tung and Muang Lah (1 day
drive) on the Myanmar- China Border.
13. Mount Phu Chee Fah
One day trip to visit this spectacular and popular mountain top, with
views into Laos and the distant Mae Khong River.
14. Mae Salong, Long Necked Karen, Kok River
boat trip and elephant safari (Full Day)
Visit the exotic market and tea plantations Doi Mae Salong. Continue the
trip by stopping at the long necked Karen village. After a
buffet
lunch in a riverside restaurant, the Kok river boat trip is taken for
two hours. Finally, take one hour elephant safari through the jungle.
15. Trip and an adventurous bamboo rafting
programmed
Depart the Legend and travel up the west bank of the Kok River through
several hill tribe villages.
Enjoy a tea stop at the river camp before boarding a customized
bamboo raft.
You relax on board taking your picnic lunch and
refreshments at your leisure. On arrival at Ruam-mit Karen village, you
disembark and will be driven by car back to the Legend. |
