Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, inclusive of 7% VAT and Exclusive of breakfast
Remarks:
-All rooms are including ABF for 2 persons per night and the exceeding person will be charged for ABF at Baht 120 per person
-Free of chare for children under 12 years old sharing bed with parent.
-Extra Bed for children is Baht 300 per night
-The Check out time is at 12.00 noon and the check out late from 12.00 noon to 6.00 P.M are entitled to charge at the half price and full price after 6.00 P.M. respectively.
-The Haad tian Beach Resort are providing Free Transfer in /from Thongsala Pier to The Haadtian Beach Resort and charges at Baht 100 per person for transfer out to the city.

*No Charge -Cancellation/Amendment more than 8 days prior arrival date
*Charge 50% from full room charge - Cancellation/Amendment 5 days or less that arrival date
*Charge 100% from full room charge-Cancellation/Amendment 1 day prior arrival date
