**Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy**
-Any cancellation notice must be recieved in writing by email or fax.
*Cancellation or amendment shall be made 16 days before the arrival date. The cancellation and administrative fee of 2 nights room charge will be levied for notifying within less than 16 days and more than 7 days.

No-Shows:
-In the event that an individual or a group does not arrive on the booked date, the hotel reservs the right to charge a no-show or late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total charge

***Deposit is nonrefundable for any Late and Last minute cancellations for Peak Season bookings ***
