Work times : 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. daily
Work detail : An interior refit of the spa building
The work will be conducted in
doors during times and dates shown only. The spa
building will be fully screened and concealed during the
period of work. Limited noise and inconvenience is
expected, guests villas in the general area will not be
utilized. Full spa will continues in a separate location
within the resort during this period. |

-A minimum of 5 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between 28.12.2008-05.01.2009 with no check out allowed on 30.12.2008 & 31.12.2008.

**Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy**
-Any cancellation notice must be recieved in writing by email or fax.
*Cancellation or amendment shall be made 16 days before the arrival date. The cancellation and administrative fee of 2 nights room charge will be levied for notifying within less than 16 days and more than 7 days.
*Deposit is nonrefundable for Peak Season*
